Previously, I was Captain at the Two Michelin-starred Birdsong and a Server at Hilton Hotels & Resort. My journey began at Brasserie Léon in Kuala Lumpur, where I built the foundation for everything I do today.With core competencies in public speaking and an ability to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, Malay, Indonesian, and Spanish, I communicate with ease and lead with empathy.
