I support a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment by coordinating phone, video, and onsite interviews while ensuring that candidates are engaged, informed, and well-supported throughout the process. I support onsite interviews at Palo Alto HQ office by coordinating logistics, greeting candidates, ensuring interview rooms are prepared, and assisting interviewers with any necessary arrangements. I work closely with Talent Partners and hiring teams across multiple functions to manage candidate communications, scheduling, and logistics using GoodTime.io.In addition to interview coordination, I send offer letters, initiate background checks through Sterling, and manage onboarding documentation. I also provide backup support to our People Services team by triaging HR inquiries, responding to Level 1 & 2 questions, and routing requests to the appropriate teams using tools like Jira for tracking and issue management.I regularly use Greenhouse to complete time-sensitive recruiting workflows, including hires, job changes, and interview progress tracking. I\'m always looking for ways to streamline processes and improve the experience for both candidates and the hiring team.
