Responsible for the development and execution of DEI recruitment strategy for all US business areas. Lead implementation of DEI efforts to attract, develop and retain emerging talent. Manage a team responsible for all early talent initiatives including internships, co-ops, and management rotation programs. Develop and own relationships with targeted institutions and associations to drive both internal and external diversity and inclusion engagement. Ongoing evaluation of partnerships and processes to ensure effectiveness of programming and strategy. Serve as a brand ambassador and thought leader.
