About Vivian Nourse

I’m a former educator turned Product Manager with a strong foundation in literacy instruction, curriculum design, cross-functional collaboration, and user-centered thinking. Currently at McGraw Hill, I am supporting the Literacy product - a digital intervention tool for grades 3-12 that differentiates and accelerates student growth in reading. Previously at Great Minds, I supported a K-8 core ELA product and the general ELA product line by translating classroom needs into thoughtful product decisions that empowered educators, engaged students, and enabled our field teams.Before stepping into product, I spent years coaching teachers, designing professional development, and championing Universal Design for Learning (UDL) to meet the needs of all students. My experience spans hands-on classroom teaching, executive-level communication, and team leadership - always driven by curiosity, empathy, and a bias toward action.I bring a growth mindset and a deep passion for learning to every team I join. I’m especially drawn to mission-driven organizations and am always eager to grow, solve complex problems, and build products that make a difference.
