Currently leading Community at Initialized, where I design the systems, partnerships, and programs that help early-stage founders scale. My work spans events, community building, founder resources, vendor perks and relationships, and the tools that keep our ecosystem connected and growing. Previously spent nine years at Eventbrite, joining in its early growth stage and working across multiple teams through the company’s global expansion and IPO. Led initiatives in community, events, and customer operations that connected creators worldwide and helped shape the company’s culture as it scaled. Earlier, helped grow Rdio’s early user base and internal support systems as part of the founding community and content team.Focus areas include event design, founder community and experience, strategic partnerships, and scaling operational infrastructure across startup networks.

   I lead Community at Initialized, where I design programs and systems that help our founders connect and scale. • Lead community strategy across the Initialized portfolio, designing systems and resources that connect founders and operators. • Host and produce high-touch events — from founder dinners to large-scale summits. • Build and manage founder infrastructure, including onboarding flows and our founder portal. • Manage perks and vendor partnerships with top partners like AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft. • Create and edit community communications, including our founder newsletter. • Support founders directly with introductions, advisors, and resources to help them grow.
