ABOUT VIVIANA LEY
I am a recent Sociology graduate from TU Berlin with a strong interest in social inclusion projects and corporate social responsibility. My thesis focused on internal differentiation within informal urban settlements in Brazil, deepening my understanding of how segregation dynamics shape urban life.Over the past years, I have gained professional experience in the venture capital and startup ecosystem, as well as in NGOs in the United States and Paraguay, and at the German Parliament. These experiences allowed me to strengthen my skills in intercultural communication, adaptability, stakeholder management, and teamwork, while showing me the transformative power of building bridges across diverse realities.I am now looking to redirect my career towards social transformation projects that promote equity and community development. Motivated by the belief that meaningful change comes from direct engagement with people, I aim to contribute actively to initiatives that foster inclusion, resilience, and sustainable growth.
