As Founder and Managing Director of VOT Community Conferences CIC, I lead a growing social impact community of individuals and professionals dedicated to advancing inclusion, anti-racism, and community collaboration and empowerment.Over the past two years, I have conceptualised, developed, and delivered two impactful community conferences under the theme “Uniting Voices for Change.” Our flagship Community Anti-Racism conference pioneered in October 2024 has become a powerful and inspiring gathering of professionals and individuals from all walks of life. Leading such a conference of varied groups required courage, exceptional skills in inclusive leadership, co-production and communication.These conferences create a diverse and inclusive space for meaningful education, courageous conversations, and collective reflection. Through lived-experience storytelling, thought-provoking talks, and practical dialogue, we focused on identifying positive actions that drive real and sustainable change.The 2nd annual Community Anti-Racism Conference in the autumn of 2025 welcomed 80+ delegates from across the South of England, facilitating inspiring talks, lived-experience storytelling, and actionable strategies for positive change. The event attracted great accolades and was featured in the centre page of the West Sussex County Newspapers.This initiative is a growing legacy and movement for community, accessible education and change, bringing diverse voices and perspectives together to achieve shared aspiration and goals.

ABOUT VIVIAN OKEZE-TIRADO
I am an Author, Keynote Speaker, Social Care Leader and Trainer with over a decade of experience in children services. I am the Founder of VOT Training and Consultancy Services, specialist in social care, EDI and Antiracism training and consultancy. In less than 3 years, I have trained over professionals across England and the US, from practitioners to managers and leaders. I have delivered keynote addresses to diverse audiences on national platforms and built a strong reputation as a subject matter expert and positive changemaker. As the Director of VOT Community Conferences CIC, I lead national community conferences and professional development spaces focused on humanity, social justice, and inclusion to promote safe and cohesive communities. I developed two EDI leadership roles and pioneered the children services Lead role.
