About Vivian Munson

Having lived in the greater Charlotte area since the late 70\'s, I knew Charlotte before we became a big banking city. Since then we have had tremendous development in every direction. Charlotte has always had a young, vibrant feel and I love how well our beautiful city has developed. I have been selling real estate in the Charlotte market since In 2001, my husband Mark joined me. We became the Munson Team and we have never looked back. We have helped families find homes from Lake Norman to Lake Wylie and from Belmont to Waxhaw. The best part of what we do is understand what our clients\' goals are and then streamline the process to meet every goal while also making the process stress free for our client.One of the most remarkable things that happens often and which speaks volumes about living in Charlotte is when we meet with a family to discuss selling their home. Often the family wants to let us know how special their neighborhood is. We hear this all the time. People think their neighborhood is the best, all over Charlotte! Almost every neighborhood has a shopping/dining area that is unique to their neighborhood. In the summer, drive around on a Friday night and see all of the live music on restaurant patios. And see all of the people outside, either enjoying the music, or walking/jogging or riding bikes. You will see this all over the city. We have great city leaders that have also kept the arts alive in Charlotte. From traveling broadway shows to local theater, outdoor concerts and art shows, numerous family activities and events, festivals, etc.There is always something going on. If it\'s a quiet weekend, you can take a short drive to the mountains or a weekend trip to the coast.We can\'t imagine that life gets better anywhere else and we feel fortunate that we get to help people make Charlotte their home.
