About Vivian Martin
I am a Senior Terry Scholar currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering at Texas A&M University. I have a passion for healthcare, innovation, lasting impact and personal connection. I have worked in several team environments and I am an eager learner, determined to serve my community and grow as a student and professional. My interests are in the cardiac device industry and I plan to work as an R&D Engineer or Field Clinical Representative after graduation. I have previously held R&D engineering intern positions in four companies- all in the cardiovascular device industry. I have also worked in multiple clinical settings, communicating with doctors and nurses as a hospital lab technician and phlebotomist. I hope to continue strengthening a wide array of skills as a biomedical engineer in various environments within the industry.
