I’m a Construction Leadership Coach dedicated to developing the next generation of leaders in NYC’s construction industry. With over 20 years of experience in large-scale projects, I know firsthand the connection between strong leadership and project success and the real costs when leadership gaps exist: delays, budget overruns, strained teams, and lost talent.I help project managers, construction executives, and mbe + wbe trade contractors build the awareness, presence, and accountability needed to lead effectively on complex projects. My framework combines personal and leadership development with business growth coaching, creating a tangible return on investment for both individuals and organizations.Our programs are tiered and scalable, ranging from foundational leadership coaching for project managers to strategic guidance for senior leaders and advanced subcontractors.
