My personal philosophy is that people should be the best they can be in all facets of their life. I believe in empowering others to achieve greatness. As a leader, I believe in placing jobs in the hands of capable people and empowering my staff by delegating tasks that suit their set of skills. A big part of what I do is being able to recognize that each member of my staff is unique and that playing to their individual strengths creates an atmosphere founded on the principles of team unity. I believe in the importance of goal-setting and believe that a healthy level of competition motivates all those involved, and I believe in always challenging your limits.
