At my seasonal position as a rotational optician/technician role at Garden City Optometrists, I work one-on-one with patients, adjusting and fixing broken glasses, ordering glasses, working inventory, and overall working with the patients with post-exam needs and/or struggles. As a technician, I work with the pre-screening tasks. I work with the various instruments and perform tests before patients see the doctors. I will return to this position biyearly.
