I bring a depth of experience in global corporate banking, capital markets, risk management and commercial banking.As EVP and CRO for TD\'s Canadian Businesses, I have developed broad and deep experience in establishing and executing on complex strategy, risk appetite, management, and operations, and have extensive M&A, real estate, and big data/AI transformation experience. With a focus on value creation, I have a wide range of board experience, supporting organizations as they strive to meet and exceed business objectives through transformation, strategy design, and execution. I currently Chair the board of Export Development Canada, one of Canada\'s leading Crown Corporations, in support of Canada\'s, and our Canadian champion companies\', success in International Trade. I also serve on the board of Scientific Games Inc, a global leader in their industry, and chair the Audit and Risk Committee. Additionally, I served on the board, and was a member of the Compensation and Governance Committee, for the Canadian Business Growth Fund, supporting small businesses in Canada. I have also have served on the OSFI-regulated First Nations Bank of Canada board, sitting on the Audit and Governance committees.
