Key responsibilities include- Spearheading development and innovation for our eCommerce and web applications, managing the full Agile SDLC- Leading UI/UX redesigns and implementing cutting-edge technologies, including our first comprehensive React application and in-app dashboard- Serving as a player-coach, successfully guiding a globally distributed team to redesign a critical front-end application.
