I am a hands-on Director and UI Architect with a strong foundation in modern frontend engineering and a deep commitment to building exceptional products and healthy engineering cultures. Growing from UI Engineer to Architect and now Director, I’ve learned to bring together technical insight, product thinking, and team leadership to build scalable, user-centered solutions, and more recently, integrating AI-augmented workflows to improve team velocity and delivery.I specialize in Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, and modern UI architectures, and stay close to the code to guide teams effectively, make practical architectural decisions, and help the team consistently deliver high-quality work. I collaborate closely with product and design to turn ideas into scalable systems, improve performance, and accelerate delivery through reusable patterns and design systems.As a leader, I focus on enabling high-performing teams—establishing good practices, mentoring engineers, and fostering a culture of clarity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
