Furthermore, my focus on prioritizing our product backlog has guaranteed heightened feature adoption within the initial year of implementation.As part of my commitment to stakeholder alignment, I have established regular executive briefings and monthly product updates to ensure full buy-in and alignment. Additionally, I have built strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, managing cross-functional communication across sales, marketing, product development, and services teams. Last but not least, I take pride in mentoring and coaching junior product managers, which has resulted in the promotion of a team member to a senior role within our organization.
