Hi, I’m Vivek Sarki—an MBA Marketing student at GLA University, deeply passionate about branding, digital marketing, and storytelling. My journey combines creative flair with strategic thinking, shaped by hands-on experiences in content creation, video editing, copywriting, and public communication.I began exploring visual storytelling through music videos, having collaborated on 30+ projects and helped scale a YouTube channel from scratch to monetization. These projects gave me insight into audience engagement, visual aesthetics, and content strategy. Over time, I’ve developed a solid command of video production—from scripting and shooting to editing and publishing.At GLA, I serve as the Head Video Editor for Marketing Maestros, where I lead the development of promotional reels, event highlights, and creative campaigns. This role has enhanced my ability to work collaboratively, manage content calendars, and align visuals with brand goals. I\'m proud to have contributed creatively to multiple initiatives that boosted the club’s visibility and engagement.Before this, I worked as a schoolteacher, where I taught mathematics, managed social media content, handled event coordination, and led operations in the exam cell. This role helped sharpen my organizational and communication skills while keeping creativity at the center of my work.Academically, I hold a B.Sc. in Mathematics from North Bengal University (80%) and am currently pursuing my MBA (2024–2026). Along the way, I’ve completed certified courses such as Market Ready: The Ultimate Business Toolkit and Navigating the Digital Landscape, and also secured first place in the “Analytics Arena” competition organized by the university’s IB and BA club.I’m passionate about bridging creativity and strategy—whether it’s building brand narratives, editing a compelling video, or leading a marketing campaign. Fluent in English, Hindi, Nepali, and Bengali, I thrive in multicultural teams and collaborative environments.Beyond work and academics, I enjoy playing the guitar, listening to music, photography, videography, and chess—creative outlets that keep me inspired.I’m always open to connecting with like-minded professionals, creative collaborators, and organizations looking to tell meaningful stories and drive impact through marketing.
