Prior to this, I was associated with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where I supported AstraZeneca’s global pharmacovigilance operations.My experience spans across clinical trial and post-marketing safety operations, including ICSR processing, MedDRA coding, narrative writing, causality and seriousness assessments, and compliance with global health authorities such as EMA, FDA, MHRA, and TGA.During my time with AstraZeneca and Pfizer projects, I have: • Processed and quality-reviewed safety cases across diverse therapeutic areas and study phases. • Managed mailbox triage, follow-ups, and data reconciliation workflows to ensure end-to-end safety data accuracy. • Contributed to vaccine safety monitoring and global case handling under expedited timelines. • Worked with the Decision Fabric team, utilizing automation and analytics tools to enhance data quality and efficiency in case processing.I hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree and am passionate about upholding patient safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence in global pharmacovigilance.
