As a Global Product Manager within ABB’s Smart Power Division, I am part of an Agile Team responsible for developing and managing innovative solutions in the field of Industrial Controlling & Monitoring + Brandlabel. My role combines technical product management with strategic market insight to ensure our offerings align with both customer needs and business goals.Responsibilities:• Analyze and understand market trends and customer requirements, and translate them into product/solution strategies• Define and manage the technical specifications of assigned products and solutions• Identify new business opportunities and develop business cases to support product development• Act as the customer’s voice within the organization, collaborating across departments to deliver customer-centric solutions• Keep global Sales and Channel teams informed on topics related to the product portfolio, including market movement, product/system availability, and competitive insights• Support Marketing & Communication with relevant product content and documentation• Follow up on business performance and drive improvement initiatives• Maintain full product lifecycle ownership and governance• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across ABB to ensure successful realization and go-to-market execution• Uphold ABB’s values of diversity, ethics, and inclusion while taking full ownership of my responsibilities
