As the Site Lead of India Software Development Centre (GCC) for OpSec Security, my responsibilities include- Launch of OpSec Security’s operations in India from scratch in July 2021 and successfully built a thriving GCC with offices in Gurgaon and Coimbatore- Established an engineering CoE (Centre of Excellence) by hiring top talent, driving agile practices, and leveraging emerging technologies (AI/ML, cloud, and data platforms) to enhance delivery and innovation- Building strategic partnership across global business units to ensure the GCC delivers a measurable business impact- Overseeing end-to-end site operations and be the primary point of contact for all employees based in India.2. As the Engineering Lead- Lead the engineering team for OpSec’s Anti-Fraud platform. The Anti-Fraud platform uses AI-ML enabled software for detection, mitigation and prevention of phishing and other social engineering scams.
