I have over 25 years of experience in human resources, with more than 13 years in operational and strategic HR leadership roles in global engineering and mining companies. HR Professional with a passion for driving people development, business transformation, and organizational excellence. Most recently, I was the Senior General Manager and HRBP for the Middle East and South Asia region at Howden, a Chart Industries company (USA). I led a multi-geography, multi-culture HR team and delivered end-to-end people initiatives across India, Middle East and South Asia.
