Support in identifying and developing Convergence Action Plan for the district through the inclusion of all relevant stakeholders such as government departments, civil society organizations, SHG\'s, etc.\\\\n3. to provide active support in the roll-out of ICDS- Common Application Software and Periodic analysis and evaluation of ICDS data.\\\\nStrengthening the technical & management capacity of district Poshan Abhiyan team for achieving superior nutrition outcomes in the district.\\\\nUndertaking data analysis of existing nutrition profile of the district and formulate action plans at the district and block level, and support in the implementation of innovative strategies to improve nutritional outcomes in the district.\\\\n\\\\n
