Assign work as per critical requirements and daily RM pending list Track a list of standard solution, Chemicals & GC cylinders stock on monthly basis Specification approval for new RM’s – verify testing facility at plant and if not available then arrange to get done Online tanker material testing and approval on priority to avoid tanker detention Instrument currently handling – HPLC, GC, UV, IR, Malvern particle size analyser, moisture meter, Brookfield, stormer, whiteness tester, melting point & Karl fishero Daily packing material sampling, testing & approval in APL Patancheru plant.o In-house calibration of test equipment which are using in QA labs, arrange to calibrate master equipment from external lab o Resolving on-line shop-floor issue w.r.t. packing materials, calling PM vendors if required and getting issue resolved.o Audits at Packing material vendoro Rejection Managemento Vendor approval & Validationlo New artwork approval in karomi portal, co-ordination with PMDI team for same.o Preparing monthly report and sharing.Mentoring the Outside Processing Centres (OPC’s) of Asian Paints for quality system & manufacturing & quality related operations.o Regular laboratory work Testing of RM, PM, intermediate & FG of paint Calibration of laboratory equipments & instruments Microbial testing of water, RM and Painto Complaint Handlingo Auditingo PCP Audit Conduction PCP audit at OPC’s Providing help/guidance for closure of NC Verification of CAPA for NCo Standardization of new products/new strokeso Vendor approval & validationPreparation of MIS
