Managing existing clientele base & acquiring new clients in Pune & ROMG region – Selling up of various enterprise business solutions (Cloud & Saas, Voice Services, Cyber Security Solutions, Collaboration, IOT Solutions, Marketing Solutions & Data Services) Pricing Negotiation and Signing up of the Agreement or Contracts. Responsible for meeting up the revenue & sales targets by Vanilla and Non- Vanilla Products. Reviewing with CP (Channel Partner), Charting out Daily Activity Reports (DAR) & Daily Sales Reports (DSR) of the field resource. Preparing Weekly & Monthly Revenue Reports, Account Card (Basic Detailing), Base Management, Upsell and Cross sell activity, enhancing EPPC (Earning Per Product Per Customer). Single Point of Contact for Grievance Handling, Customer Front Ending, Query Resolving and regularly maintaining optimum level of service salutation at the customer’s end. Actively involved in generation of work orders, closed monitoring of the entire processes along with order deliverance within the signified TAT.Focusing on Partner Life Cycle Management along with entire ecosystem.
