With over 23 years of experience in financial services operations, I am a seasoned professional, currently in the role of Associate Principal at eClerx, a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions for global enterprises. I lead the Mumbai center for a major client, managing an overall team size of about 800 across various capital markets domains, such as investment banking, asset servicing, syndicate operations, and financing deal structures.As a founding member and volunteer of Bangalore Cat Squad, a non-profit organization dedicated to cat welfare and rescue, I also demonstrate my passion for social responsibility and animal rights. I am currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Social Responsibility from Indira Gandhi National Open University, along with a Master\'s Degree in Accounting and Finance, and certifications in Six Sigma and PGDFM.
