Familiar with Add Remove Network Element (ARNE) to add, modify and delete network objects from the Ericsson Network Manager. Definition of Remote Electrical Tilts (RET) and troubleshooting related to RET issues. Familiar with Alarm Handling & Fault Management. LTE Site - View Creation in Network Editor for newly integrated WBTS. Mix mode configuration with respect to 2G/LTE. & neighbor addition/deletion. Parameter Change for BSCs and RNCs as per customer’s requirements. Creating and provisioning XML plans for new 4G site. Coordination with O&M Engineers, Field Engineer for BTS integration & Troubleshooting. Handling Core Network Operation Department of entire DL, RJ, J&K, UPW, AP, CHN & ROTN circle.Performing routine procedures on various network elements viz. S/w upgrades, routine backup & Health checkup of the BSC’s, Neighbor addition & deletion, and modification of other network/RF parameters.Operation and Maintenance with troubleshooting of Ericsson 2G Migration readiness and execution to offload the BSCBaseband site VLAN Migration readiness and execution.Site database creation, PGW conversion, TRX Addition/ Deletion, Fault & troubleshooting of BTS sites.VLAN & OSS definition for newly integrated sites including eNodeB & Baseband.2G Integration & creation of new LTE site.Implementing RF & IRAT definitions in E Node B and eNode B parameter as on urgent request.
