Currently working as HRBP for the PVC/VCM project at RIL-NMD, focusing on manpower planning and recruitment strategies for leadership hiring and bulk hiring. My role also includes setting up processes & streamlining the existing ones to ensure a smooth onboarding and induction process and implementing training plans for the workforce. Additionally, I oversee performance cycles and employee engagement initiatives.Previously worked as Management Trainee and understood various businesses of Reliance Industries through different stints under Reliance Emerging Leaders Program(RELP) of Reliance Industries Limited.Completed my MBA from SCMHRD, Pune.Before joining SCMHRD, I worked at Designtech Systems Pvt. Ltd. as an augmented reality developer (joined as a GET), an engineering services firm, where my role was to develop augmented reality experiences for various sectors of industry.I\'m a Mechanical engineer graduated from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai. Apart from being academically consistent I held team lead position in a student team - SRM UAV- Structural Design team. I also represented college in national and international competitions, made various projects and published a couple of research papers.I am someone who gives a lot of importance to one’s social responsibility and always try to give it back to society. I’m connected to a NGO named as \'Blooming Beacon\' and collaborate with them to conduct various events for orphans and generating fund.
