My career journey has been one of continuous learning, adaptation, and growth—whether it was orchestrating large-scale projects or empowering cross-functional teams, I have always strived to drive excellence in every endeavor.Certified as both a PMP and a CSM, I have honed my skills in project program management, security, and administration management, often navigating seamlessly through complex environments with the ability to ensure fiscal compliance, enhance quality assurance, and streamline procedures to maximize operational efficiency. My experience spans the strategic integration of resources, strengthening risk resilience and security operations, all while maintaining a keen focus on innovation and optimization.Some of my achievements include pioneering the induction of a high-tech system, a significant project from BEL, Bangalore. This project was not just about technology; it was about transforming capabilities, and I’m proud to have played a key role in that process. Similarly, the opportunity to attend ELINT operator training at Indra Sistemas, Spain, was a milestone that broadened my understanding of cutting-edge defense technologies.Leadership, to me, is about more than just managing tasks—it’s about fostering a people-centric approach where team members feel valued and motivated. I take pride in my ability to connect with people on a deeper level, leveraging my high emotional quotient to lead with empathy while driving results.
