Currently Managing 03 Tanker Vessels, ranging from “MR to Aframax”, Classed/Flagged under ABS/Marshal Islands, operating Worldwide for Hafnia Tankers (A Member of BW Group) and Navig8 Tankers.Projects executed - 2nd Special Dry Docking of Hafnia MR Tanker Vessel at “Yiu Lian Shipyard, Shekou, China” in April 2025- Retrofitting of “WED” (Wartsila - Energoflo) device for Better Energy Efficiency of the Vessel- Retrofitting of “PBCF” at Propeller Boss- Retrofitting of “De Humidifier System”- Retrofitting of “ Ultrasonic - Hazytech DBP system” to prevent Bio fouling at Propeller Blades- Marine Line 784 Cargo Tank complete Re Coating Project- Upgradation of Hull Paint to Silicone based for reduced Hull Resistance.• ensuring \"0\" O Hire for all Vessels.• Ensuring Least deficiencies during regular PSC/SIRE/FSI Inspections.• Being always compliant with IMO Rules and Regulations, ensuring timely completion of Statutory Survey & Certifications.• Proper Monitoring for timely Calibration of all critical equipment’s.• Making sure vessels are operated in compliance with company SMS policy and strict adherence to MARPOL/STCW/COSWP/SOLAS standards.• Monitoring of Vessel performance in terms of Machinery Output and Lube Oil Consumption.• Evaluating the Health of Machinery via regular Lube Oil Analysis and Performance reports received by the Vessel.• Ensuring the supply of timely Spares & Stores to the Vessel.• Evaluating & Scrutinizing Suppliers for ensuring Genuine supply of spares• Budget Management of vessels.• Vessel compliance with good CII ratings.• Compliance with Company Environment & Safety Policy.• Recruiting Technical Team for the vessel in Close Co-ordination with the Manning Department.• Evaluating the Performance of on-board staff by regular Appraisals.• Effective implementation of PMS on board all vessels.• Regular Superintendent Vessel Visit to determine & evaluate effective operation & Maintenance activities carried out onboard.
