Oversees various Public Art and Architecture projects and is the primary point of contact for the Clients- Coordinates the design process through all phases of development, ranging from potential projectinterviews and proposals to close-out. Formulated office wide standards for Design Development and Construction Documentation as well as administrative deliverables like RFIs and Submittals. Oversees the finalization of Initial Feasibility Studies, Construction Code Reviews, Estimates and Budgeting documents while coordinating between Clients, Consultants, City Government and Regulatory Agencies- Analysis of Estimates, and negotiation of Subcontractor and Consultant Pricing during DesignDevelopment and Construction Documentation phases to ensure the project stays on budget andschedule. Responsibilities include demarcation of scope, coordination meetings and documentationrequired to get all parties to agree and proceed with Fabrication- Streamlined the Subcontractor Agreement process for the Company, including the preparation ofupdated Contract Documents for different phases of a Project. Trained various junior staff in office-wide standards and procedures, design and detailing methodology, and final submittals- Manages all the Agreements of the Company with Engineers, Consultants, Fabricators and Installers for various projects, and oversaw subsequent coordination of the various trades- Designed, Standardized, and keeps updated various spreadsheets for Project Budgets, Company Cash Flow from Projects, Checklists for various Design and Construction Phases, Scope Matrices for Prime and Subcontractor Agreements- Project Awards: 2022 Grands Prix du Design Grand Winner, 2022 MUSE Design Gold Award, 2022Rethinking the Future First Award, 2021 IDA Silver Award (Virtual Sky); 2023 MUSE Design Platinum Award, 2023 CODA Merit Award (Skyline); 2015 CODA Awards Top 100 (San Francisco Veterans Memorial).
