Employed as an R&D delivery manager and release train engineer at Optos for several years. Possessing experience in overseeing E2E System deliveries and releases via ARTs. I possess significant expertise in managing cross-functional teams, portfolio oversight, stakeholder engagement, risk assessment, and test administration. Having substantial experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), I act as a servant leader, mentor, and facilitator for an Agile Release Train (ART).
