I am a Senior Pharmaceutical Scientist with >20 years of experience with a focus on inflammation, immunology and oncology. The values that define my life, career path and achievements include a deep sense of purpose while taking risks and applying my strengths of discipline and visionary creativity. These strengths have propelled me throughout my life and led to being recognized as a high performing leader and empathetic mentor. A few of my notable achievements are :Creating and leading high performing teams who are empowered, supported, productive and proud of their contributions based on my leadership style that emphasizes transparency, collaboration and creative thinking. Developed methodologies for using model-based approaches for conduct or waiver of clinical pharmacology trials. This saves development costs, time and most importantly reduces healthy volunteers from drug exposure when no medical benefit is obtained. Innovative application of MIDD to development decisions and study designs, influencing drug labels.Recognized as SME on topical drugs.Among my passions is my dedication to community service. I have been appointed to Board of Education for my town in SE Connecticut and supported virtual charity concerts for the past several years (Feed the Soul Through Music).I love connecting with like-minded professionals who share my vision for the future.
