I thrive in the \"mission space\"—understanding what’s changing, identifying constraints, and determining where data, analytics, and modern platforms can create the most meaningful impact.Where I focus my efforts: Strategic Capture & Shaping, grounded in experience across data engineering and operational workflows that improve decision-making and service delivery. Technical implementations across AWS and Google Cloud, with DevSecOps practices that enable secure, scalable solutions in highly regulated environments. A consistent focus on compliance, governance, cost optimization (FinOps) and cybersecurity practices, including FedRAMP and FISMA-aligned environments.The most rewarding part of this space is the pace of evolution. Staying engaged from the first strategy conversation through program evolution allows me to help teams implement mission-focused solutions that don\'t just look good on paper but hold up under real-world operational pressures.

   Cognizance Technologies is operating in a really important space right now—where federal health, regulatory, and science-driven missions are increasingly dependent on modern data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and scalable analytics to function effectively.Across agencies and commercial health ecosystems, there is a growing need to better connect data across care, regulatory, and research environments—whether that’s improving how information flows through regulatory operations, enabling more efficient data management, supporting adverse event tracking and reporting, or modernizing integrations with electronic health records and data lakes. These shifts are creating real opportunities to improve how decisions are made and how quickly insights can be acted on in mission-critical settings.Glad to be part of a team focused on building capabilities that not only modernize systems, but also meaningfully improve outcomes across the federal health and science landscape.
