About Vivek Patil
I am Vivek Patil, currently working as Scrum Master for 3 teams under Cyber Security Defense Center in India. With over 15 years of experience into diverse roles from Customer Support to Product Support to Information Technolgy I have gained a diverse and inclusive experience in managing people, coaching and mentoring people to deliver the best outcomes and results.Currently working as Scrum Master, leading Platform, Response and Phishing Teams in Cyber Security, my role involves coaching my team members on the scrum practices, facilitating scrum events, resolving the impediments and maintaining the team happiness all the scrum teams.Additionally, I am conducing and facilitating GSEC leadership visits, arranging networking events for GSEC members, facilitating coaching in networking events.In the recent accomplishments, I was instrumental in conducting first ever Cyber Security event Cyber Kawach 2024, which was attended by over 650 people across GITI and ISG.In my previous roles I also worked as Software Analyst for Windchill Product Data Management team and was responsible for development, maintenance and upgrade of Windchill software widely used in John Deere factories and Design Centers for Product Data and Life Cycle Management. My experience in this role included gathering requirements from windchill owners and factory admins, maintaining a healthy backlog, planning for releases and supporting Windchill upgrades.
