About Penna: Penna group is a 2Bn USD conglomerate diversified into cement, power, alumina and hospitality.\\\\n\\\\nResponsibilities & Achievements:\\\\n\\\\nCEMENT DIVISION:\\\\n\\\\n Review and analyse performances of all business units, present the findings to stakeholders and develop & implement an action plan.\\\\n Part of the IPO team- Preparation and filing of DRHP and coordinated with BRLMs, Legal councils and analysts. The same has also been reassured through various analyst reports.\\\\n Worked with Finance team for timely hedging of contracts so as to minimize the impact of USD-INR fluctuations.\\\\n Implemented a techno-commercial evaluation model of coal to minimize coal cost.\\\\n\\\\nHOSPITALITY:\\\\n\\\\n Part of the project team building a five-star hotel in Hyderabad to be operated by Leela Group starting Apr’20.\\\\n Worked with all teams on developing an optimised project plan.\\\\n Coordinating with all departments on project status and challenges.\\\\n Working with procurement team on closure of key long lead items.\\\\n\\\\nPOWER & ALUMINA PLANTS:\\\\n\\\\n Review the performance of thermal and hydro power plants and present the findings to the top management.\\\\n Evaluate new projects under Wind and Solar energy.\\\\n Coordinate with Alumina plant team on current status of project operations.\\\\n\\\\n
