About Vivek Mishra
An ambitious process control and automation engineer with experience of 13.3 years across startup & Commissioning, implementation, Installation supervision of automation, instrument and control systems of projects like Deinking Plant (DIP), OCC, baling machine, Chemical Pulping and Paper machine. • Great working experience of brown field / green field and rebuild plants projects, Customer Management, Service Management, Planning Management, Project Engineering, plant maintenance and troubleshooting, Safety Operations • Proficient in understanding process flow diagram, instrumentation diagram. • Develop interlock / logics and improve programs to manage integrity and functionality of process controls equipment. • Perform the Factory acceptance Test (FAT) along with the automation system suppliers (ABB, Yokogawa, Siemens, Valmet, Honeywell). • Proficient in Project engineering like preparation of I/O list, Instrument list, valve list, motor list, interlock drawings, automation function description, Instrument index list. • Smoothly facilitate design and coordination among department and vendors. • Supervises an Instrument commissioning team, plans and conducts commissioning activities in the assigned area and coordinates these activities with operation and other commissioning sections efficiently and safely. • Working experience on citrix engineering software tool. • Write functional description of the process control. • Capable of performing inspection, pre-commissioning, and functional testing to ensure the performance capacity of various equipment. • Continuously improve process performance until optimal level are achieved. • Modify and redesign existing control logics during machine rebuild at customer site. • Basic Knowledge of the frequency Drive • Basic Knowledge of the MCC. • Working experience on the Siemens PLC / DCS. • Working experience on the QCS and Analytical Instruments. • Providing Service & Support (Onsite & remote), troubleshooting. • Good understanding & knowledge of the different chemical Pulp, DIP and OCC products to support the customers. • Skilled at gathering information from Quality, Production Operators and Maintenance Technicians. • Immense ability to interact with consultants, contractors and support resources. • Superior communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organization, problem solving and project management skills • Managing overall activities pertaining to testing & commissioning of a wide range of systems and equipment • Ensure safety in all the activities performed and preparing progress report.
