I am managing daily operations for Kotak Mahindra Bank for 10 locations in India. As per requirement of Kyndryl delivery team structure is “DCO team of 31 members works 24X7” while the others are working 9X6 window taking care of daily operations for Data Canter Management (Network/Server Administration, VM Administration)Shift Allocation, Leave planning and work on developing team competency coverage through cross-training, leadership development and succession planning with available resources. Collaborate with multiple vendors (for resourcing and Kyndryl Internal Team for projects) also join Cisco bridges for calls with OEM dependency, escalate as per escalation matrix to get calls resolved with committed SLA. Join Sev1 calls and drive the discussion for early resolution. Reviews daily, weekly and monthly service levels/metrics. Provides recommendations and implementation of quality improvement methods. I also work closely with client on daily deliverables. Drive efforts in agreement/collaboration with client and establishing plans and implementing policies that will improve existing processes (Ex : Streamlined the Asset inventory management process in Kotak). Monitors job performance of team members and provides constructive feedback directly, and/or coaches other team members on providing constructive feedback to any staff assigned to them.Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Ltd : Performing Team Lead and Project Management role, managing the team of 9 members.FIS India Pvt Ltd. Mumbai: I worked as Project Manager in FIS, managing services as per remote support model.
