Production Planning & Scheduling:Plan daily and weekly production targets based on demand.Coordinate with planning and inventory teams to ensure raw materials availability.2. Process Monitoring & Optimization:Monitor the EVA extrusion process to maintain consistent quality and output.Adjust machine parameters (temperature, pressure, screw speed, etc.) to optimize efficiency.Implement process improvements to reduce waste and downtime.3. Quality Control:Ensure product quality meets set specifications (thickness, density, softness, etc.).Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process inspections and final product testing.Analyze defects and take corrective and preventive actions.4. Machine Operation & Maintenance:Oversee the operation of extruders, chill rolls, conveyors, and related equipment.Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.Troubleshoot process and equipment issues.5. Cost & Efficiency Management:Monitor material usage and reduce wastage (EVA resin, additives, etc.).Support cost-saving projects and lean manufacturing initiatives.
