   Roles & Responsibilities:Management of RMZ Corp. Hyderabad Real Estate (RE) portfolio of over 9 Mn. square feet, spread across Grade A properties like SKYVIEW, NEXITY and SPIRE.Work closely with IPCs and LPCs for business growth and to promote company brand image.Understand the Client’s (existing & prospective) RE requirement and advise them suitable solutions within the RMZ portfolio.Negotiation of commercial, legal and other key terms along with necessary documentation for leasing of the office space.Work closely with the teams involved i.e. Client (RE, Admin & Facilities, Projects), their appointed PMC/vendors and RMZ internal teams, to ensure timely completion and operation commencement of the Client office space.Maintain high level of client satisfaction by ensuring zero escalation of concerns.As a Core Functional Team (CFT) member, work closely with RMZ internal teams like projects, property management, design, capital etc, on betterment of existing & upcoming RMZ assets.Maintain cordial relations with the JV & JD partners and investors, contributing to company’s expansion plans.Mentor and supervise team members to maximize productivity and align their tasks to the company’s vision.
