Monitoring entry of visitor, employee & material & upkeep the proper record.Management and recommending commensurate action plan.Executing the functions pertaining to the billing, payment and other issues of outsourced security agency.Managing induction, separation, transfers, leave & attendance, compensation of security personnel.Monitoring & Handling of corporate security effectiveness through audits, surprise checks at all NR sites.Daily briefing to team to get their maximum utilization, and provide weekly / monthly training of firefighting, discipline, turnout & hygiene and operation of security equipment.Handling emergency planning and disaster management support during any crisis.Controlling physical security and ensure an effective deployment of security teams at all sites and monitor performance parameters regularly.Maintaining a high level of customer service to staff and visitors at all times.Monitor the regular training all client’s side.
