   SKYi is a real estate company based in Pune. We are developing over 500 acres and have delivered over 3 million sq. feet and homes in the last 9 years. Our projects are the proud recipients of CRISIL 5 Star Ratings, Indian Green Building Councils Gold and Platinum Certifications. We are funded by the Piramal Group, HDFC, TATA Capital and Motilal Oswal. We have a wide portfolio of products across categories and price points. We have been recognized as one of India’s Top 100 developers and our projects have been recognized as Pune’s Best Residential projects by CNBC Awaaz. I lead sales, marketing and customer relations and manage a team of 40 members. The team and business processes are managed through a robust technology backend and analytics. My primary responsibility as Director Marketing is to build the brand equity with all relevant stakeholders and deliver the value, volume and margin commitments by developing the pricing, product, portfolio and growth strategy. The role includes working with agencies, media and other stakeholders to deliver brand and business metrics.
