Proposed and currently leading initiative to build Agentic workforce management solutions with Applied AI Solutions Director funding.I am an intrapreneur who proposed, designed, and led a team of SDEs and SDETs to build Amazon\'s first and only no-code UI automation solution that works with Amazon\'s CI/CD ecosystem and runs across many Tier 1 UI pipelines. I won the #sharktank 2022 in Amazon Pay by presenting my idea to VPs and Directors of Consumer Payments. I also acted as a Domain Technical Leader for Tools and QA teams in Amazon Pay, where I envisioned, wrote, and executed a three-year plan, building consensus with org-wide tech leaders, managers, and engineers.

   Leading Semantic Conflicts Benchmark for Model and Agent Quality.Devised roadmap and built AI automation platform fungible with different AI models(Amazon Diagnostics Large Action Model, Nova, Strands Agents), infra(Generic Workers, Grid Providers, AWS Workspaces) and ingress points(Local, Code Review, Pipelines, Canaries) throughout developer lifecycle.Based on Spec driven execution of Device Farm and Prime Video Build and Test Infrastructure, Led the design and development of highly available Generic Workers initiative for Android and iOS build and test infrastructure, enabling teams to plugin their own image, execution spec, app and execution framework, optimizing for scarcity of Mac EC2, 24 hr minimum allocation period, minimum 30 mins boot time, isolation and security of MAC EC2 Workers impacting multiple multi tenant business lines such as PXT (internal Amazon used by millions), STS (Amazon Mobile Shopping used by billions), Prime Video app (used by millions) and also launched MCP servers to integrate with Q CLI and Cline to provision resources on demand for shift left local testing. This is done as part of DUT Tiger team cross org initiative for Amazon wide new age development and test infrastructure with EC2, LLMs and MCP.Led teams of development,product and automation for the launch of Employee Prime anytime benefit, a cross org initiative of Benefits, Prime and Builder tools to impact 900k+ Amazon employees in USA, UK and Canada.
