   I am responsible for managing the Vault, Collateral, RTO, and Dispatch teams to oversee daily warehouse operations, which encompass quality control, inventory management, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service. In addition to coordinating certification and stock audits for KPMG, PCI, NPCI, ISO, and month-end financial stock audits, I monitor customer production plans and ensure the sequencing of material delivery accordingly. To support company growth, I adapt to increased product volumes and adjust operations to facilitate a smooth transition during expansion periods. I actively contribute to the development of new warehouse efficiency and productivity strategies during regular team meetings. Furthermore, I conduct regular audits and maintain meticulous records to ensure accurate inventory counts, while fostering an efficient and safe working environment through the maintenance of a clean and organized work area. I have implemented inventory management systems and automated processes to enhance warehouse efficiency and prepare detailed reports on stock levels, sales trends, and order statuses using data analysis tools, thus informing management decision-making. Additionally, I am responsible for COGI clearance, while conducting long-term inventory analysis monthly and creating action plans to reduce inventory. I develop and implement performance improvements across the entire warehouse operation to assist in establishing KPIs and ensuring that the customers\' KPIs are continuously met efficiently and cost-effectively while minimizing expenses. I manage customer service requests promptly, resolving issues quickly. Furthermore, I have successfully reduced product damage with proper handling techniques and training for warehouse staff and have established safety protocols for the warehouse environment, significantly reducing workplace accidents.
