Dynamic Team Leader with more than a Decade of multi-disciplinary project management experience with expertise in implementing various Central Government run flagship schemes like Smart Meter National Program, UJALA and other Energy Efficient projects on the ground. Currently, I am working as a PMA in the role of \"Manager - Head End System Expert\" for 7.7 million smart meters at the PuVVNL DISCOM of UP. Previously, working as a \"Senior Engineer\" with \"CyanConnode India\", the global leader in IoT specialists of Intelligent Communication solutions. I have been a part of “Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL)”, the world\'s largest Energy Service Company (ESCO). Responsible for Project worth of 450 Millions with a distributed team under Gram UJALA project of CESL(Subsidiary of EESL). Conduct periodic firmware upgrades on Gateways and Nodes to enhance privacy and smooth communication with Smart Meters. Raising Jira tickets for addressing the issues of ground level to Technical Team / Top Management for resolution of the issues within timelines Conducting site surveys of new locations for Gateway installations to ensure smooth communication with Smart Meters. Conduct RF planning to establish communication between Smart Meters and the HES. Achieved over 99.6% billing efficiency monthly and recovered INR 52 crore in revenue for the DISCOMs of Varanasi, Prayagraj & Gorakhpur for 18 months during EESL project. I have the fortunate to be a part of the team responsible for implementing the ambitious projects of the government of India, such as Smart Meter National Program : India\'s Smart Meter National Program (SMNP) is a government initiative to replace 25 crore traditional electricity meters with prepaid smart meters under RDSS scheme. UJALA : Hon’ble Prime minister, On 5th January 2015 launched UJALA Program. This project was a Revolutionary towards LED Bulbs adoption to promote energy efficiency in all households of Rural & Urban Societies. GRAM UJALA : It\'s a customized program of Ministry of Power for rural India to make LEDs available at affordable cost of Rs 10 for each household of rural areas. Urja Daksh Pumps(AgDSM): Nos. of BEE 5 Star Rated Energy Efficient Pump Sets have been replaced with old inefficient pumps free of cost to the farmers along with a smart control panel. Building Energy Efficient Program (BEEP): It\'s a Project to retrofit commercial buildings in India into energy efficient complexes. Through these future ready solutions, EESL is creating a market for clean energy in India.
