   As a Transformation Program Manager at AEP, I am currently leading the Field Mobility & Digital Work Packet Automation project, impacting thousands of field and back office users. This program involves multiple workstreams, particularly for field services in transmission and distribution, with a focus on improving situational awareness by transforming vehicle and technology experiences. The scope of the program is broad and includes managing various events such as storm events, equipment failure, customer outages, new construction, meter operation, and preventive maintenance.
