With over 10 years of experience in engineering project management and prototype development, I am a passionate and driven leader who aims to deliver innovative and quality products for Honda\'s global markets. I currently lead a cross-functional team of 15 personnel for developing Honda\'s first global low-cost motorcycle project for South Asian and South American markets, handling prototype development, project control, and parts logistics. I have successfully spearheaded the development of Honda\'s ambitious 350cc cruiser CB350/GB350 motorcycle model project for Indian and Japanese markets, crossing sales volume of units per year. I have also coordinated the smooth transition of Honda\'s CLIQ scooter model from prototype stage to mass production ready stage, achieving zero defects at mass-production target. I leverage my business level Japanese proficiency to coordinate between Japanese and Indian stakeholders, understand the design requirements, and plan the overall development process.
