90MW (45MW + 45MW) Hyperscale Data Center Management• Understanding of 220 kV GIS & AIS Transmission, LILO system.• Operations, Maintenance, and testing of 220KV Gas Insulated switchgear switch yard including 20, 50 MVA Oil type transformer, LA, SF6 circuit breaker, Isolator, NIFPS etc.• Operation, maintenance of data centers infra which includes Transformers, UPS, PDU DG, HVAC system, IBMS System, FAS, FSS, VESDA Sprinkler system, WLD, CCTV, Rodent system, PA System, Access Control etc.• Witness and carried out the FAT (Factory acceptance test), SAT (Site Acceptance test) for equipment like Power transformer, Dry type transformer, UPS, DG, PAHU, Electrical HT and LT panels.• Witness and carried out the IST (Integrated system test) Mechanical, Electrical and IBMS equipment’s. • Actively involved and implemented power system study like load flow, short circuit study, Relay setting and coordination study and Arc flash study. • Smooth transition of new data centers and data halls (hyperscale and retail) from Projects. • Setup the process for Data center and formation of facility team for day-to-day operation using DCOP(Data center operation program).• Preparing report like Monthly consumption, Rack capacity report, Fuel consumption report, Maintaining Capex, Opex. tracker.• Commissioning of all electrical critical systems equipment, including but are not limited to UPS, ATS, PDU, Transformers, DG, Switchgear, Breakers, and related power distribution system.• Understanding of LIC and DCLC technology and best operation and maintenance practices.• Optimization of PUE, Maintaining Redundancy, attending DC power and cooling events, Billing to Customer etc.• Relay testing REF615 and REJ603• Change management, Incident management, and RCA Management.• Responsible for 52 weeks PM calendar BCP calendar and its adherence.• Preparing the Drill calendar and taking drills on different topics to evaluate the team performance in emergency.
