As WUSC Station Manager, my role is to work with my executive staff to manage and operate the radio station. In my role, I develop new programs and policies to run the station more efficiently and work to create long-term growth. In this role, I determine which positions are needed and which are not while managing payroll and our stations\' operating budget. In my role, I am restructuring the organization to create more contributing staff and establish long-term content planning and strategic programming to grow an engaged audience. WUSC means so much to me, and I\'m thrilled I get to pursue this role and improve my favorite radio station.
