Providing market updates, volume updates on stocks as well as sector-wise updates. For PMS, I usedto download PMS cash report and holding statement which we used to receive from our custodian.• I also used to upload Cash Equivalent report, Holding report, Performance Appraisal report andclosing prices of stocks in our software. I also check AIF holding reports of all schemes and tallystocks with custodian reports.• Providing updates on global markets, block and bulk deals and making MIS reports. I also used to dolimit monitoring scrip-wise and maintain an excel file of daily trades done.• Executing trading orders received from management. After execution, I used to take confirmation ofall the trades from brokers.• Recommending stocks based on technical as well as fundamental analysis. I used to prepare AIF aswell as PMS reports and report NAV calculation on daily basis to the management post market.• I used to check the cash projection and holding list with the custodian on daily basis. I also used toprepare the pending list of our portfolio as well as Portfolio Performance Report with Benchmark.• I used to check client-wise liquidity on weekly basis as well as prepare IC data of all schemes before4th of every month. I used to maintain an excel sheet for complete entry and exit of stocks for allschemes.
