First and foremost, I love to read and be part of new technologies. Ever since I have started my professional career, I have been obsessed with the idea of becoming a perfect middleman between Business & Technical side of an Organization and help their Customers getting delivered with Digital products straight to them. I am passionately engaged in implementing new Business solutions for the enterprise which improves the lives of the people around the world. My entire career spanning around 9+ years of experience was thriving to provide better digital products for the Banking industry.My Career started with Capgemini where I was performing quality assurance of all campaigns of Credit Card application hosted in Vision Plus system for Capital One Bank. Later on I was lucky to get involved in automating the testing of IVR Banking which helped the Client in cut shorting the manual testing efforts for more than 50%. Also I got an opportunity to facilitate as a Team Lead of 5 members for developing new and updating the existing excel macros documents as per the project requirement. We have achieved highest Customer Satisfaction Index of 5 for two consecutive terms. I was awarded with top rating & Double Promotion to Associate Consultant in my first appraisal cycle. Moving to the next Client, I have worked for ANZ Bank where I have spearheaded all the testing activities for Customer Center applications based in Melbourne. Worked as a Business Test Analyst and helped in the optimization of testing process using newer automations tools. Rewarded Top rating with A band and got promoted to Consultant.Second phase of my Career started with Canara Bank, India’s third largest PSU Bank. Today I am working as a Business Analyst & Product Manager helping in boosting digital transactions to more than 70% through Mobile Banking, UPI & Internet Banking channels. Launched 120+ services in both Mobile Banking & Internet Banking channels coordinating with diverse business stakeholders and enhanced Mobile Banking Customer base by 139% and Internet Banking Customer base by 72% respectively over a span of 18 months.
